With over 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Michael has been helping clients build stronger, more capable bodies since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2009.
Throughout this time, he has continually invested in his professional development, expanding his knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation principles, strength programming, and movement efficiency. His approach has always been rooted in understanding how the body functions — not just how it performs.
This commitment to ongoing education naturally led him to expand his qualifications into massage therapy, allowing him to offer a more comprehensive, hands-on approach to muscular health, recovery, and performance. By integrating targeted treatment with intelligent training, he supports clients not only in building strength, but in maintaining it long-term.
